Thank you for viewing our website. If you wish to place an order, the
most efficient method is to
phone us at 480-398-5927 or email us with
your request at
www.thestitchinrail.com and let us know which items
you are interested in and the specific colors, personalization and sizes if
applicable and we can provide you with final cost and shipping fees.

The Stitchin' Rail accepts most debit and credit cards, and Paypal. All
client information is kept private and confidential.

Please note: we do not consider any personalized order "placed" until
it is paid for, and
it will not be started until paid in full.  

Please allow 6-8 weeks when ordering, for your products to be made.
We don't carry a lot of stock in our shop and we don't have a big
production line, these items are personally hand made.  Rush orders
will be considered on an individual basis, but please remember, if you
ask if we can do it in three weeks, that means you need to have your
order paid right away so we can get started.

Proofs will be provided, but an order must be "
placed", prior to us
providing specific artwork and drafts of your product.

Returns - upon the rare occasion something does not meet a clients
satisfaction we strive to replace or create the item to fulfill your
expectations.  If a refund is required it may be subject to a handling
and stock fee.

We are active horse owners and competitors and are always looking
